Senior Management is responsible for approving this policy and any amendments, allocating adequate resources, and ensuring effective implementation and monitoring.
Responsible Gaming Officer: The Organization shall appoint a Responsible Gaming Officer (RGO) responsible for day-to-day implementation of this policy, monitoring player behavior and risk indicators, liaising with compliance, AML, and customer support teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for regulators on responsible gaming matters.
