Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC) Disclosure
1. Purpose of This Disclosure
CS2Skin is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, fair, and compliant iGaming environment. As part of our legal, regulatory, banking, payment provider, and licensing obligations, we are required to verify player identity, monitor transactions, and take reasonable steps to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions violations, and misuse of our platform.
This disclosure explains why we collect verification information, how it may be used, and what players can expect during the AML and KYC process.
2. Regulatory Commitment
CS2Skin operates under an Anjouan iGaming licensing framework and applies AML, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and player protection controls in line with applicable laws, regulatory expectations, and payment provider requirements.
These controls are designed to:
● Prevent money laundering and terrorist financing;
● Protect players from fraud, identity misuse, and unauthorized account activity;
● Confirm that players are eligible to use our services;
● Support responsible gaming and financial integrity;
● Meet the requirements of regulators, banks, payment service providers, and business partners.
3. Know Your Customer (KYC)
KYC is the process used to verify a player's identity and, where required, confirm the legitimacy of funds used on the platform. KYC may be required before certain account activities are permitted, including withdrawals, high-value transactions, or continued account use where additional checks are necessary.
Information we may request includes:
● Full legal name;
● Date of birth;
● Residential address;
● Nationality and country of residence;
● Government-issued photo identification, such as a passport, national ID, or driver's license;
● Proof of address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official document;
● Payment method verification, where applicable;
● Source of funds or source of wealth information, where required.
4. When Verification May Be Required
Verification may be requested:
● During account registration;
● Before processing withdrawals;
● When deposit, withdrawal, or transaction thresholds are reached;
● When unusual, inconsistent, or high-risk activity is detected;
● When sanctions, PEP, fraud, or duplicate-account concerns arise;
● When required by law, regulation, licensing conditions, banks, or payment providers.
CS2Skin reserves the right to request verification documents or additional information at any stage of the player relationship.
5. AML, Sanctions, and Transaction Monitoring
To prevent misuse of the platform, CS2Skin may monitor account activity, deposits, withdrawals, payment methods, gameplay patterns, and related transactions.
Monitoring may include checks for:
● Unusual or inconsistent betting or financial activity;
● Rapid movement of funds with limited gameplay;
● Structuring or splitting transactions to avoid thresholds;
● Use of multiple or duplicate accounts;
● Use of third-party payment methods;
● Attempts to conceal the origin or destination of funds;
● Sanctions, politically exposed person (PEP), or adverse media risks;
● Activity connected to restricted or prohibited jurisdictions.
Where required, CS2Skin may delay, restrict, review, or refuse transactions while compliance checks are completed.
6. Enhanced Due Diligence
In higher-risk situations, CS2Skin may apply enhanced due diligence. This may include requesting additional documents, asking for further explanation of account activity, reviewing source of funds or source of wealth, or conducting additional screening.
Enhanced due diligence may apply where a player presents increased risk due to transaction volume, location, payment method, sanctions/PEP exposure, inconsistent activity, or other regulatory concerns.
7. Source of Funds and Source of Wealth
Players may be asked to provide information or documentation explaining the source of funds or source of wealth used on the platform. Examples may include:
● Employment income;
● Business income;
● Investments;
● Savings;
● Sale of assets;
● Other lawful income sources.
This is a standard compliance requirement and helps confirm that funds used on the platform are obtained lawfully.
8. Crypto and Payment Method Controls
Where cryptocurrency or alternative payment methods are supported, CS2Skin may conduct additional checks on wallet ownership, transaction history, source of funds, blockchain risk indicators, and payment activity.
CS2Skin may refuse, delay, or restrict transactions linked to prohibited services, sanctioned wallets, high-risk sources, suspicious activity, or unsupported payment methods.
9. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Personal data collected for AML, KYC, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, and compliance purposes will be handled securely and responsibly.
CS2Skin will:
● Process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently;
● Use information only for compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment, and regulatory purposes;

● Retain records only for as long as required by law, regulation, licensing obligations, or legitimate compliance needs.
CS2Skin does not sell player personal data.
10. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure or refusal to complete required verification may result in:
● Delayed deposits or withdrawals;
● Temporary account restrictions;
● Suspension of withdrawals;
● Account suspension or closure;
● Refusal or reversal of certain transactions, where permitted;
● Reporting to competent authorities where legally required.
These actions are taken to comply with legal, regulatory, payment provider, and licensing obligations.
